By accessing or using ShapeCard's credit card application and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with your application. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ShapeCard.
ShapeCard grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our application portal solely for the purpose of applying for a ShapeCard credit card. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any materials provided through our platform without ShapeCard's prior written consent.
ShapeCard's services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ShapeCard does not warrant that the application portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of our services is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ShapeCard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. ShapeCard's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services.
Submission of a credit card application does not guarantee approval. ShapeCard reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion based on creditworthiness and other factors. If approved, your use of the ShapeCard credit card is governed by the Cardholder Agreement, which covers interest rates, fees, billing practices, liability for unauthorized use, and dispute resolution.
To apply for a ShapeCard credit card, you must be at least 18 years of age, a legal resident of the United States, and possess a valid Social Security Number. By submitting an application, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false information may result in denial of your application or termination of your account.
ShapeCard reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which ShapeCard is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state.
