shapecard.ai sets first-party cookies only. We do not use third-party ad networks, tracking pixels, or cross-site trackers, and we never sell cookie data to anyone.
The one exception: if you submit our early-access form, we load an embedded form from our waitlist provider, Tally (tally.so). That embed only loads when you submit — it never loads on page view — and once it does, Tally’s iframe may set its own cookies or browser storage, governed by Tally’s privacy policy, not this one.

sc-theme (light/dark appearance) is stored in your browser’s local storage, not a cookie — it never leaves your device and isn’t covered by this policy.
sc-segment (which audience you selected on the landing page) is stored in your browser’s session storage, not a cookie — it’s scoped to your current tab, cleared automatically when you close it, isn’t used to track you, and isn’t covered by this policy.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we honor it automatically: we set essential cookies only and never prompt you for analytics consent. You can still opt in manually at any time from Cookie preferences below.
You can accept, decline, or change your analytics choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page. Turning analytics off deletes the sc-vid cookie immediately.
